Mmm no, Toneri is a way more complete fighter than Kinshiki. Also, Kinshiki didn't perform feats on Toneri's level. And anyway, it's not only about firepower, if you note Base Momoshiki is above Toneri, even if he has more disruptive ninjutsu. Thank you anyway

Good list but isn't Sarada stronger than Shin already as shown through the Gaiden where she took down 30 of them by herself.

Also I think Karin should be placed higher than Boruto because of her mastery of CC which destroyed the Buddah Statue. Idk then again Boruto has the vanishing Rasengan which is OP so it's hard to tell.

It's not only about firepower. If you noticed I placed Neji above Hinata even if with Hamura chakra she's supposed to have more firepower. But it's pretty obvious Neji and the others are stronger than her. Same way for Sarada: she's still a little girl when Shin Uchiha has more or less given troubles to Naruto and Sasuke.
Also, why do you say Sasuke surpassed Madara? I'm not a Maddy wanker but really I don't think so.
Himawari is as Uzumaki as Nagato or Naruto. She can be weaker than them, but her clan allows us to rank her in the list.
