Nope it was Minato who stoped the jutsu and then Obito freed himself from madara's control and became jin.............

NO, Madara never had complete control of Obito. Obito was already planning on becoming a jinchuuriki. Naruto knew this.

Dude Learn to read carefully damn . What did sasuke do to stop the jutsu rofl ? Obito said " you fellow of the traitor" to Sasuke and by "traitor" he Means Orochimaru cuz Sasuke is with Orochimaru........

Looks to me like Obito transferred His Mind and Soul into the Juubi body to survive, thus preventing Madara from reviving and being the Host of the Juubi. In this way He can started the Moon Eye Plan with Himself in control and Not Madara.
