Tactic - Offensive. Minato, Naruto and Itachi are all fast. Minato and Naruto can blitz around the battlefield, with Minato firing off Rasengan's and sealing everything in sight (While coordinating a lot of movements), Naruto can sense and Destroy with Raw Taijutsu and Bjiuudama's. Itachi is the stealth of the team, possibly winning the battle for the team before it starts with Genjutsu, and his Susano will come in handy is the team is ever pinned down. Tsunade is the Healer, the best of them all. Plus, she isn't a sitting duck as a healer and can contribute when needed.

Not to mention, this team could have actual chemistry in the series as long as the true motives of Itachi are revealed (Naruto already knows them anyways).

I think Jiraiya should be the leader, as he plays that 'teacher to the heroes' role in the story, but I'd have to put in some more consideration before creating what will probably be multiple combinations
