EDIT: Why is kisame above Gai? Gai beat him. Don't say kisame was weakened, because he absored a bunch of 8 tails chakra like 30 seconds before the battle.

kisame would rape gai with samehada,which he didnt have at that moment.he would suck out gai`s chakra immediately

I have yet to make a top list so here it is. I see other top list and there is some kind of BS baised thing going on. This is based off no plot jutsu W/L, overall feats and how they would fair off against the entire naruto universe gauntlet style. (getting saved by someone is a DQ loss to me )and some hype. Like a QBR in football I go by a NRS(ninja rating system it's like the databooks but takes in more stats like nin-defence, tai-defence,awakening,ect) letting you know now some people won't like it but it's unbaised (my favorite is not even on the list)

1.Hashirama-Madara still thinks hashi could win even when edo
2.Madara-godly basicly(noone is edo on this list)
3.Obito-S/T, phasing landing a hit is near impossible
4.Kabutomaru-with limited edo tensei and dsm perfect spot here
5.Nagato-he places here cause he wins more battles(gauntlet) than people below
6.prime Hiruzen-God of shinobi, he is what you want to be as a ninja +hype
7.3rd Raikage-one of the fastest, can tank almost everything,hard to solo without dieing to
8.Minato-beats alot with little effort cause of speed, death god makes most losing fights a tie
9.Oro/w arms-wit his arms he may be better than Kabuto but I can only assume,hard to kill
10.Tobirama-S/T like minato but I think it's with water,senju, lightning style,greatest water user
11.Kisame-look at his feats,absorb any chakra,gws beats any chakra bomb,healing,waterdome, ect
12.Itachi-best genjutsu,susano'o, swag,smart,MS,sealing sword/reflect shield
13.Naruto-once in SM,KCM,BM tough as can be, ton of chakra
14.Might Guy-Once in gate he beats anyone below and some above. 7th gate unbelievable,8th gate
15.Sasuke-Ems, lightning style, susano'o, Ama, no push over
16.Danzo-Izanagi, amazing wind style, sealing
17.A/Bee/Kakashi Lightning users, A fast as hell. B perfect jin. Kashi smart, great ninjutsu,Kamui. tie
18.Muu/Onoki/trollkage Dust release, rock jutsus,camo just badass guys.They tie eachother
19.Sasori/Deidara/Kakuzu 100+ puppets,clay bombs, 5 hearts with powerful jutsu, hard to kill. tie
20.Tsunade/Gaara Super healing, super strength hardest to kill, super defence, crushing sand

This is my unbaised top 20, I hope I did not leave anyone out. I know some people will not agree and wonder why some people are higher than another. Hopefully you all can respect my opinion cause I played no favorite and judged them on there feats and other things stated in the beginning.I feel like the top 5 is solid, undebatable and we don't know alot about Tobirama but I feel he is badass from the hype. Naruto and Sasuke they're not there yet. Why is Muu and the 2nd mizukage so far apart when they killed eachother? I love Darui but do you really think Darui is above Tsunade overall? My list is closely accurate and It's based off of multiple things and unbaised. I wanted Darui here but I couldn't. He would make top 30 though.

your the second to say that what's wrong with A's dad? he is a Tank non-edo he would have control over his body. He would have Killed Naruto if Dodai didn't save him and he also have black lightning. They only real damage someone could do to him is have him hurt himself I'm very shock some don't think he belongs there can you tell me why?
