U could be stronger but itachi by far is smarter then sasuke I still put itachi > sasuke until sasuke started using his head more I loved sasuke when he fought itachi thought he was so smart but then seen tht itachi rigged himself to lose anyway.... See while I some what agree with u but how sasuke will hit minato is beyond me...

Anyways sasuke is number 14 in my top 15 (debatable with itachi cuz some ppl say he's surpassed him I don't feel like he has)
Danzo (full powered he was holding back against sasuke to go against obito with KA > sasuke)
