i know it was that whole bull about hogoromo saying that kaguya was stronger than everyone, but i disagree with that. hogoromo split his power between naruto and sasuke. technically giving them his yin and yang power, but technically i would say he didn't give them all of his powers. that would mean sasuke would have 2 rennigan. and naruto would have all of the bijuu's chakra, which we know he doesn't have. although that doesn't seem to matter much. but with that spit in his power, naruto and sasuke was able to make madara look like a joke. he may not have had his other rennigan. but by logic, his body powers should have been above naruto's. they weren't. this was before naruto started to go all out. i'm also guessing that hogoromo had excess to every rennigan ability we have seen. so everything nagato and madara had, plus what sasuke has. plus the ability to unlock the third eye, we see he has a tattoo there. also consider that he was the direct descendant of kaguya herself. so he already had divine chakra, than he became the juubi's jin. to me, he is the most powerful character in the series. as for his fighting skills, i don't know, it's debatable. as far as kaguya and madara, i say kaguya is stronger. she basically has excess to all chakra in the world, plus her own dimensions. she has every kkg, plus byakugan and the 9 tome sharingan. even though madara has the rennigan, i still say kaguya is stronger. rennigan abilities are basically useless against her. not to mention she is immortal and has to be sealed. chibaku tensie would be useless against her. limbo's are useless against her. i could go on with the other rennigan abilities. bone ash is a one hit kill, even for madara. there would be nothing for him to heal, he would be ashes. or she could just nuke him with her gudou dama. she is way above madara. i actually hesitate to put madara ahead of naruto, but he does have infinite tsukiyomi. if he gets it off, auto win. but thats if he can get it off. i also don't think itachi is top 10, but thats me, gai would wreck him.
