Itachi shouldnt be on this list as there are people who aren't on here that are stronger than him. (Sasuke, Naruto, Hashirama, Minato) and Kabuto should be number 1 due to Edo Tensei.

Actually, Kabuto's Edo Tensei puts him above these shinobi.

There's no one who's beating Kabuto in his prime, as he had minions such as Edo Madara, Nagato, Itachi, Muu, etc under his control.

Not only does he deserve a spot on this list, he deserves the first spot.

I seriously hope you mean Kabuto with only DSM, and even then just DSM would take out Sasuke. With Edo Tensei he stomps the others you mentioned.

I edited my post, and yes I was referring to DSM Kabuto and when I listed Itachi I was referring to him being stronger Itachi.
