My top 5..Why do people think Guy is the fastest character?

1. Kaguya/DMS Kakashi
2. Naruto/Madara/Sasuke
3. Minato with all buffs (KCM + Sage Mode) + FTG
4. Obito Ten Tails host
5. 8 Gate Guy​

When talking about character speeds. I take into consideration their reflexes, timing, striking speed, acceleration, perception, etc

I heard someone claim that Guy is the fastest character in Naruto. Guy is one the fastest when it comes to striking speed & recovery speed. But he isn't faster than Minato in other areas of speed or others above him in the list.

I'm sorry but Minato will always be one of the fastest shinobi who ever lived, because it is not just about fight but about supporting others as well. Why? Watch how Minato scattered the kunais around Juubi, teleported Juubi's Dama away and then teleported to Naruto's location without anyone noticing it. Could Obito, Guy and Sasuke do that in an instant? No, and that's why Minato will always be the fastest. That's a feat, however you guys only think about reflexes. Minato has one of the quickest reflexes (Sasuke without Rikudo's Chakra and Madara without Juubi).

hmm, because people confuse his taijutsu skills + speed with, just normal shunshin speed.

Example: Minato has a superior shunshin to 7th gate gai. Minato however is very much below Gai in taijutsu skills.

^^^^^^ all superior to 8th gate gai. If including S/T jutsu as well.. then add in Tobirama and Minato to the list.

Using kamui doesn't count .. if it does Ameno counts and I'm pretty sure Kakashi doesn't have kamui anymore thus its -
