Sasuke is not even near his destructive power.

Destructive power doesn't automatically make you stronger. Sasuke has Amatarasu which is far too fast for even V2 Bee to aviod.
IDGAF about his destructive power cause that black dude will turn darker after being burnt to ashes.

If he goes full Bijuu, Enton Magatama spam, Enton Blade, or Amaterasu KO him. If he stays in V2 then Susanoo will pummel him into the ground or he gets lit up with Amaterasu.
