so dodging= faster? No, I don't think so. Plenty of people manage to dodge a punch from someone faster than them.

Well, naruto aren't given an eye ability or sensing recognize enemy attack. actually I think speed is needed in dodging.
about dodging Raikage attack, I dont think naruto had an aim for attacking him, but more than to bring around Raikage's Mind as He did to others, ya know Naruto is the best Counselor and a Certain Negotiator one.

Mine would be:

1. Naruto
2. Rock Lee
3. Choji/ Neji
4. Neji/Choji
5. Shikamaru

Reasons why I believe Rock Lee is above Neji and Choji, is his gates. I would feel sorry for Choji if he ever had to fight Lee, his strength added with his speed would destroy BM Choji. Neji stands more of a chance, but ultimately the same thing. They can't keep up with Lee.

Choji managed to beat Edo Hiashi/Hizashi (don't remember the name xd) but he won't beat Hinata ? :s

His size is something special, it's the reason for him crushing most of the K11 like bugs

Well the only problem here is that he didn't beat Hizashi alone....Hiashi was also there...all he really had to do is grab him while distracted. Same with what happened to Kakuzu as he was fighting Tenten, Kotetsu, Izumo, and Darui
