1. Naruto Uzumaki

Naruto is no doubt the strongest member of the K11, with his Bijuu Mode, his clones, RasenShuriken, and the fact that he is the fastest character in the series. To be honest, if you disagree with me on this, I'd recommend you reread the Manga...
2. Chöji Akimichi
One of the most underrated characters of the whole series. His newly gained confidence has granted him the ability to use the Butterfly Mode completely by himself, which normally requires drugs to be used. This, combined with his ability to enlarge himself to a degree where he's almost as as large as the Gedo Mazo, puts him in second place in the K11 rankings, the only one stronger than him being Naruto. Some people may argue that Neji is above him, and I do believe they are close, but judging by the fact that Chöji seemed to have been able to handle Neji's Edo father quite well in the Shinobi War, I think Chöji deserves to be higher than Neji.
3. Neji Hyuuga
Neji, stated to be one of the most gifted Hyuuga. His mastery of the Byakugan makes me certain that he deserves the 3rd place in this list, since he has both great offensive and defensive techniques. The Heavenly Rotation is an example of one of his strong techniques, and has actually never been seen failing to deflect an attack once it has been activated. His ability to see chakra, his near 360° vision, and his ability to release chakra from all Kaiten in his body leads me to believe that he'd be able to beat most of the K11 fairly easily.
4. Rock Lee
Rock Lee, the genius of hard work. Rock Lee's style revolves solely around using Taijutsu, as he is unable to use Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. This has however made Lee one of the strongest Taijutsu users in the Narutoverse, even being able to open the 8 inner gates, an extraordinary feat for a ninja his age. Opening the gates greatly increases Rock Lee's speed and strength, to the point where he was even able to get through Gaara's absolute sand defense, and even came close to beating him, something that would have been a tough challenge for even high level Jounins.
5. Haruno Sakura
Sakura, being the student of Tsunade, one of the legendary Sanninn, has shown extraordinary feats as a ninja. She has adapted her masters fighting style, which revolves around using chakra to boost the power of her punches, making one punch almost a guaranteed OHKO if it hits. She has also been shown to be quite good at Medical Ninjutsu, giving her an advantage in battle.
