Other than the lack of Obito and Nagato being a bit too high - I actually quite like this list.

I agree with the list. Put Obito on there and it's pretty much perfect. Orochimaru and Kabuto shouldn't be above Madara and Hashirama though. Put them just below M and H, and it's perfect.
