This list is my fairest estimation of strogest character. Not biased cos I am not fanboy of any1 in particular. Shown by feats."Thts why hiruzens not there). Has only alive ppl(therefore no Neji

1) So6pefeated the juubi whom every1 is getting so ****ed up about. Can use creation of all things, a god-like jutsu.Had the rinnengan and was the only 1 to master it. In his death-bed he made the moon. Kurama still considers him as the strongest being n naruto(after meeting hashi and madara)
2)Hashi:Im sorry but thousands is 2 much for hiruzn or any1. Plz dont kill me as saying tht he is stronger thn hiruzen. I cant see how hiruzen can beat him, despie being referencd as the strongest hokage

18)Darui:Black lightning and skills.
19)Onoki:Can use dust elease and good earth techniques. In 19 cos he is old
