Nice list, almost same as mine. However, if we include BM-Minato then he'll be 5, Nagato being 6, & DSM Kabuto will be 7.
Imho, I put Itachi higher than Tobirama, alive or edo

I'm not gonna get much into to this , since im sure we are not going to agree lol , Edo are kabutos technique now , he perfected , Kabuto still has the stamina & the power to still go SM(Uzumaki, Jugo & sugetsu DNA ) there's a reason he is still alive , lets give our Lord a chance
