1- Edo madara
I kinda think that edo madara is stronger than hashirama since he can use mokuton now,
2- Hashirama Senju
Being able to wtfpwn madara and kyuubi ftw,
3-Naruto (Nine tails chakra mode)
With the kyuubi chakra, the drasticly increased speed and strength he gets,
4-Tobirama
Edo tensei,master of Suiton,amazing sword skills and very underrated
5-Sasuke
MS skills
6-Kabuchimaru (Cant put him higher/lower since idk how strong he is with the sage mode)
I think he might be really powerful now with the dragon sage mode,
7-Minato
Being very smart, being able to actually hit Tobi
8-Itachi
MS skills
9-Onoki
Flawless jinton,his rock clones and being able to elevate stone objects with doton,
10- Aj
Being able to wtfpwn hachibi's horn with a flat hand, having great speed and great amount of damage,Lightning armour and ofc the liger bomb, --though hes not as strong as tsunade stated by madara--
11-Personally i find that Guy deserves a 11th spot on a list of 10, alot of people dont see how dam powerfull his taijustsu is and his Ningame summon and people dont acknowledge his Hirudara/Daytime Tiger
