1. EDO MADARA - Rinnegan, EMS, Wood, Meteors. He fought the 5 kage with ease....NUFF SAID
2. BM NARUTO - Kurama's cloak, Flash Bijuudama, Clones, FRS. He went against 6 TAILS BEAST at the same time (BEE HELPED A LITTLE) and STILL was able to fight tobi right after that
3. TOBI - Rinnegan, S/T jutsu, MS. He can go toe to toe against KM naruto, Kakashi, Gai, and Killer Bee
4. NAGATO - Mastered Rinnegan. Wiped Konoha off the map when he was in his old/weakened state...NUFF SAID
5. HASHIRAMA - Wood, Self Healing, Control Tailed Beast. Fought EMS madara AND kyuubi at the same time
6. DSM KABUTO - Healing, Liquid Form, Flash Genjutsu, Sensor/Avoid, Immune to nearly EVERYTHING lol. Fought Itachi AND Sasuke at the same time...NUFF SAID
7. MINATO - FTG, Rasengan, Sealing Barrier, Death Reaper. He beat Tobi AND kyuubi at the same time WHILE saving his wife/son AND save the village, he also beat A and Killer Bee at the same time.....NUFF SAID
8. ITACHI - MS, Totsuka Sword, Yata Mirror, Izanami. Killed the uchiha clan (tobi helped a little), Beat Oro with ease, he's basically undefeated
9. SASUKE - EMS, His Sword. Held his own against 5 kages/danzo (didnt win though), helped itachi beat DSM kabuto, had a draw fight against deidara without MS/EMS
10. KILLER BEE - Hachibi, Samehada, 8 Swords. PLayed a big role in the tobi fight, Owned Taka, Fought well against kisame in a handicap fight, minato complimented him (he lost though)
RUNNER UPS - MUU, KAKASHI, DANZO, 3RD RAIKAGE, 2ND MIZUKAGE, OONOKI
