Not counting Indra and Ashura.

I don't think Gai should be on top 10. Hashirama is overall stronger if you asked me, so is BM (BSM) Minato.

Sorry but i failed to see how Bm Minato stands chance against 8 gates Gai, when Gai trashed Madara.(BSM Minato doesn't exist)

- You're right that Fused Momoshiki should probably be below Naruto and Sasuke
- DMS Kakashi is above JJ Obito
- Hashirama should be #9 in your list
- #10 should be Zetsu Orochimaru w/ Edo Tensei

DSM Kabuto w/ ET, BM Minato and 8G Gai follow suit.

How is Hamura > Sasuke and Naruto?

Manga portrays Hamura as equal to non-JJ Hagoromo when they fought and defeated Kaguya. That was Hamura with just Byakugan. Later on he unlocked Tenseigan, and a much inferior to him user was matching KCSM Naruto and split a moon. Based on upscaling, it's safe to assume Tenseigan granted Hamura a somewhat comparable boost to Hagoromo becoming the Juubi's Jinchuriki.

Momoshiki isn't above VOTE 2 versions of Naruto & Sasuke since he was completely overwhelmed by Majestic Attire Susano'o, which is weaker than Naruto's Asura Kurama mode and Sasuke's Biju Perfect Susano'o.

8th gate Gai is also above him since Evening Elephant would punch through all of Momoshiki's constructs and kill him and he can't really keep up with Gai. Gai is also stronger than Kakashi since he can destroy his Perfect Susano'o with Evening Elephant while Kakashi wouldn't be able to keep up with him. Kakashi could outlast with Kamui, but that doesn't make him a stronger opponent. Toneri can't beat Gai since truthseekers can only maintain their shape for a set period of time. Gai would kill him with Evening Elephant after the shield goes down.

Not sure if Obito is a Ten Tails' jinchuriki on your list, but if he is, he isn't weaker than any incarnation of Naruto, Sasuke or Momoshiki.

Gai didn't trash Madara, he received outside help and that isn't an argument. It's up to a debate if you asked me though.
