4: Killer B( full Jin)
5: Ay( speed gives him advantage over most people)
6: Orochimaru( no edo, but has very good jutsu)
7: Gaara
8: Ohnoki
9: Kakashi( no sharingan but still good ninja)
10: Sakura( yes ik we all hate her but Kishi gave her OP strength and healing so I have too)
