My list consists on only living characters, I don't consider the edo's :

1-Naruto (main character, what do you expect !?)
2-Sasuke (EMS, no doubt and maybe a new power-up??)
3-Obito (Kamui, incredible chakra reserves, difficult to land a hit to)
4-Kakashi (intelligence, he's cool xD)
5-Raikage (speed, strengh)
6-Killer Bee (Hachibi of course)
7-Tsuchikage (with his dust release)
8-Lady Tsunade (ability to recover and super human power)
9-Orochimaru (come on guys, that's Orochimaru)
10-Kabuto (IDK)

he can absorb chakra he has all of the rinnigan techniques human or the chakra one would own bm naruto imo

i guess thats why naruto deffeted the chakra one first and human path and all naruto needs to do for human path is make a bunch of shadow clones and have them fight him
