4:Naruto (All chakra natures/bjuu,SO6P Senjutsu/Mode,Truth seeking balls etc)

5:Sasuke (EMS, 6 Tomoe Rinnegan from Hagoromo's third eye that he sealed away,Senjutsu)

6:Jubito (best manipulation of the truth seeking balls,juubi jinchuriki,Mangeyko Sharingan, A Rinnegan) Abit uncertain between either sasuke or him in a battle but eh.

7:Ashura/Indra (SO6P younger son)

8:Indra/Ashura (SO6P older son)

9:Lord Hashirama ( god of shinobi,so strong on his own while everyone has been powering up n such he still makes the top 10 list,sage mode,so much wood )

10:Minato (Only juubi jinchurikis n such can hurt dis *****,godly)
