That actually doesn't prove it. Obito could say he was fulfilling madara's will by becoming a jin, and of course he stole it from madara.

Momo became like kaguya and absorb all kaguya's chakra is doing her wish?? Kaguya didn't wish for anyone to have her chakra except herself. Momo is basically kaguya2 which kaguya hates
