My Thoughts..

[Ndlovu]

Tonight I was scanning through the fanfic section and read a poem or two. I then decided to write a poem.. I thought I would give it a shot and see what you think..? I tried not to be too intense.. I just typed my thoughts down.. Anyway here it is hope you enjoy it...

Those whose hearts have been hardened, cannot understand the skill behind kindness.
Like those who are deaf can only perceive what it is like to know true blindness.
While concepts are broken and theories are constantly corrected,
Those who have mastered patience still wait to be respected.
Time moves forward while many refuse to do the same,
Many work hard just so their current lives may be maintained.
Some are analytically correct and others politically strong,
Yet, at the end of the day someone is always accused wrong.
The concept of happiness amongst many has stayed the same,
But insecurities will always be exposed in those who have become vain.
Darkness flees when light is truly radiating,
Yet when light flees, darkness is truly illuminated.
Blindness of the heart can result in lack of sight,
But darkness’s best hiding spot is behind the light..

Its not the first poem I have ever written.. I wish I could say that..Just been awhile since I last wrote a poem.. Still thanks alot..
