KingOfLighting my be bias on many occasions but I reacted the same way as him when was finished with this chapter.

I need a break from Naruto, it's a great series but I know this chapter wouldn't have been so bad if I read it with the entire volume, but when you wait week by week to get 3 straight chapters of utter crap you wonder if it's worth it...

Who am I kidding, I'm going to continue staying up all night waiting for chapters every wednesday

649 still sucked balls though..

I think we've had 3 setup chapters now; next week's chapter should be an action-packed chapter. Also, it ends in 50 and I think any chapter that ends in 50 or 00 are prominent in some way or another.

Yeah, there needs to be more fighting then talking right now. Naruto (the character) is starting to annoy me.

I don't need a loveydovey heartwarming pile of shit to read every chapter. Naruto needs to just start fighting and keep fighting. While the alliance just leaves. They're doing nothing at all, except make Naruto care for them.

It was a set up chapter, there was a lot that needed covering, also don't forget that we are apparently at the final round with Obito so naturally Kishi has to make sure he has every character where they need to be development wise.

Also all the characters respective stories are starting to tie into each other, and everyone is gathering for the final fight.

Plus we did see Naruto and Sasuke crack Obito's shield, and Obito is starting to get nervous. That says a lot.

Its better he gets all this story out of the way before the final round gets under way.
