Hello folks of NB. I hope that you enjoy this chapter as much as i did. It was a pretty solid chapter but i didn't obtain the information i wanted from Rin. I was certain that we would see Minato speaking to the 3rd Hokage why the Mist ninja wanted Rin. I hope that Kishimoto can cover that one next week or at some point in the manga.
I was a bit saddened that Obito had to witness Rin's death. I bet it wasn't easy for him to see the love of his life in that state of condition, unlike Sakura, Rin at least felt some compassion more so than Sakura towards her significant other. I wish Kakashi was awake at that moment, but i guess he knew that Obito would pwned him to the next oblivion so he decided to play possum.
At least in this chapter we found out a bit of information that was useful for us regarding Nagato.
Nagato did not awaken the Rinnegan on his own. He was given the Rinnegan by Madara himself. I just get some of the many famous ninja: Sasuke, Kakashi, and Nagato have the sense of forgetting the dojutsu they obtain from exposure or other methods.
I didn't understand why it took Madara so much time in order to obtain his Rinnegan. I mean it was said that he gained the ocular power after his battle with Hashirama. This was really strange to me that in an old age, he suddenly got the eyes.
We all know that at some point Sasuke will have obtain the Rinnegan to fend off against the likes of Madara, Obito, and Naruto. He is just not in their level i guess. Still i wouldn't underestimate him giving that we haven't seen much of his EMS in action. The only sources he has in obtaining the eyes is Orochimaru, Karin, and Naruto. I wonder which one will he obtain from the sources given.
Also, the last page that showed Sasuke releasing Orochimaru within Anko's body it was just stupid the icon that he got in the end. Will next weeks chapter be about Sasuke? Hopefully it won't be long. I kind of miss Sasuke's plot a little.
I hope that Chapter 607 can explain about Rin. Because the reason i wanted to see this chapter is why she is such a target for other villages.. If not, i would love to see Sasuke make his return.
