wat i think who tobi izzzz....

First Lets start from when Madara and Izuna were still alive: i think that Madara never took Izuna 's Eyes by force. it was there plan. Madara told Izuna that he was going to fight the FIRST and that he needed power. Izuna gave Madara his own eyes to awaken EMS . Izuna and Madara planned that they will pose Izuna death and bury him . after that he will escape (blind) and ZETSU will support and help him.

They did all this so that Madara cud gain First's abilities and awaken Rinnegan. But if madara died Izuna takes back his own eyes which wud have awakened Rinnegan from Madara's dead body and implntes in himself again. By doing this Izuna gains a new power (which power ??? i will tell u later) . Then Izuna wud revive Madara again by using Nagatos technique by which he revived Konoha (dont remeber its name). this way the revived madara has the rinngan and also Izuna has it.

Now Madara died after fighting the first. Izuna took back Madaras eyes from his corpse but instead of revivng him he thought to revive him later when the time wud b right. Now Izuna got the Rinnegan and the new power which allowed him travel through dimensin and dissappear and materialize and suck his opponent. After this Izuna wore a mask and followed his own plan.

While possible, we saw Nagato activate them, and Tobi could have meant something else other than literally giving Nagato the Rinnegan, such as setting up that situation with those Konoha ninja with Genjutsu or something. I mean, they would have noticed that his parents weren't shinobi right when they started fighting.

Hmm good idea, but, if used in relation to the manga, there are too many incosistencies. For example, how did Nagato get his Rinnegan?

As far as it goes for Nagato's eyes I believe his rinnegan eye weren't originally his. Because when Nagato's parents were attacked he said he couldn't remember what happened but when he wake up he found the 2 konoha shinobi dead. My opinion is that Tobi implanted those eye in rinnegan? Why? I'm not really sure about it but I have a theory. He needed a host for his eyes. Because of some sort of reason he wanted to embed those eyes ( we dont know where they come from ) in a descended of Senju; maybe he was just experimenting, maybe he just wanted to do something to those eyes before taking them or maybe he was just forced to remove them trough unknown means ...we dont know that yet... My theory is supported by the manga chapter you all probably read the one in which Tobi tells Konan that Nagato's rinnegan eyes belonged to him and he has come to take them.
As far as goes for tobi's true identity I'm sure you all have your own theory and I wont waste your time with mine.
