Obito did it backward, Normally you put the Juubi in a Human Host and seal it in safe spot till you can tame it. Obito sealed Himself in the Juubi instead,His mind might have ben imprison were the Juubi spirit should have ben.Think on that. Oh it's not Minato the Juubi after it's Naruto.
