People say that it's Madara but I doubt it, Madara left the Hidden Leaf soon after its founding, what does he possibly know other than The Uchiha were Oppressed by The Leaf (which Sasuke already knows)
My Theory is that it's Fugaku Uchiha, Sasukes father and the Previous Leader of the Uchiha clan, think about it who knows more about the Uchiha than the person in charge of the entire clan for a number of untold years? Plus he's Sasukes Father, the one person he looked up too more than Itachi.
I feel like Orochimaru will bring Sasuke's parents back, they'll tell him not to blame the Leaf for the selfishness of the Uchiha and how it was their own suspicions that eventually lead to the Clans demise, they'll probably tell him that he's on the wrong path and that he needs to take down the real threat to the Uchiha, Obito.
I also think that this could be how you awaken the Rinnegan, similar to how the Mangekyo Sharingan needs an emotional response to activate it, Sasuke will feel Acceptance towards what his parents have told him, take responsibility for his actions and rush to take down Obito alongside Naruto.
Anyways that's what I think, remember this is Naruto and the show is based on Evil intentions turning good and Heroes coming together.
