My guess would be the Third Hokage. It has to be someone only Oroochimaru can communicate with. Oroochimaru had part of his soul sealed within the God of Death. Therefore, he has link to those inside of it. The third hokage has knowledge of all the events that happened around that time and Konoha's history in general. He also is a character I feel deserves some more development as he was stated as being the sternest hokage ever (given everything we now know about the Hashirama this would be very impressive). This could provide a good link to reintroducing him. (It also might lead to a way for Naruto to get Kurama's Yin chakra back.
