If you look at Juubito, he's a completely different type of Jinchuriki than we've seen before. He's literally a concentrated version of the Juubi, all that power concentrated into one being. He was effortlessly able to break out of many many gates at once, his physical strength was immense. My theory is that that was due to the type of Jinchuriki he was, his entire body became a concentrated Juubi. He was also able to spawn the same flower formations that the Juubi spawned from his mouth, his whole thing was that he was themed after the 10 tailed beast itself.
As for Madara, the Juubi did not "fuse" with him as it did with Obito, but rather he absorbed and harnessed its power completely, becoming what the Sage of Six Paths had become when he absorbed it's power long ago. He was not a fusion between beast and man that then seized control of it's own will, but rather more of what Naruto is in his tailed beast mode, but more complete and full body transformation version. Naruto's version grants him greater force output with his chakra manipualtion and serves as a shield, but his physical strength remains the same.
Kaguya however was different. She had all the chakra inside her in the form of the Rabbit Juubi, but her body was only a vessel for it, it was just as fragile and weak as if she were still mortal. To compensate, she creates chakra fists to deal physical blows and defend against them, as trying to use taijutsu in her body would be useless, her weapon is her chakra and her bones, but that's it. She's a completely different kind of warrior than Juubito or Juubidara and doesn't have their physical strength and durability, but her attacks are instant kills and her maneuverability is that of a god, when she uses it correctly. She can regenerate though, so having a weak body isn't much of an issue when it comes to being physically damaged. But this would be why she couldn't stand in the gravity dimension and was knocked down by Sakura.
