[Discussion] My theory of what happened

Okay, first of all! It was the real kakashi and the real rin.
Now let me explain:

What I think happened is that the white zetsu created a close of rin, attacked kakashi, kakashi was like "hey..why are you going after me" and the zetsu revealed that it was him not rin, he then transformed back into rin. He ran away towards where rin was so that when kakashi attacked that time, it would be the real Rin he would attack instead.

I think that after he hit rin with the chidori, he realized it was the real rin this time.
It happened like that in another anime..Anyone familiar with Inuyasha?
Inuyasha killed the real kikyo b/c she wanted to kill him (she was a clone that someone else created to trick both), he went after her, but instead of killing the evil clone, he killed the real girl.​

or she was being controlled, she probably asked him to kill her b/c if it was on purpose, he wouldn't be crying.
