In the beginning existed a single being of divine chakra. Using that chakra it created all that exists. After creating the universe, it seeded worlds with simple and complex beings and gave intelligent life free will and made them in his souls own essence, but did not know what to further do with them. Inside it was conflicted, part of it desired peace and part desired conflict. In order to purge itself of this conundrum, it split itself into a Yin and a Yang half. The Yang half would come to be know to its human worshipers as the God Jashin. Jashin created a dark realm for which it and it's demonic creations resided. Among these were the shinigami.
Jashin went on a rampage destroying planets and causing mass bloodshed throughout the universe, however the Yin half confronted and sealed him within his own realm, preventing him from influencing the universe further. However bloodshed and the accumulation of negative natural energy allows his will to bleed into the world of mortals and this is how through the accumulation of death on Earth allowed him to manifest a great amount of his evil chakra into a tree known as the Shinju. Also, through human sacrifice his worshipers can gain access to his divine powers such as immortality like Hidan did, similarly to how bloodshed created the immortal tree. Meanwhile, on a distant planet aliens waged war against each other with advanced technology, destroying most of their planet in the process. The royal clan titled Otsutsuki fled using advanced dimensional technology, and would discover Earth though it was plagued by continuous war as well. Kaguya, princess of the Otsutsuki, ate the forbidden fruit and Jashin's will possessed her in this manner, turning her into an oblivious minion of himself, who desired to create a new dimension in which he could use to escape from his prison. In order to do that she needed all the chakra of the Shinju which was, unfortunately for her, dispersed into her sons. Her obsession with accomplishing her purpose drove her to claim all chakra as her own and fuse with the tree becoming a demonic beast, the Juubi, however was sealed away similarly to Jashin's own fate.
Through Hagaromo humans gained access to this divine energy which originally brought forth matter and life into existence, and began using it for war as they used their tools as they were created in the image of the impure God. Thus shinobis were born. Hagaromo manifested the sword of Nunoboko, the same tool which God originally used to shape the universe and create life. With it he created magical animals based on the prexisting wildlife of Earth he admired, such as the toad, snake, and slug sages. He shaped the Earth into more defined sections which would give birth to the different nations and villages and created magical areas such as mount myoboku. And of course he transformed the dark chakra of the Juubi into the Bijuu, who were infused with his Yin chakra and learned empathy unlike the Juubi which was Jashin incarnate. Thus the story begins, as the alien genetics of the Otsutsuki and Shinju mix with humans and create the powerful ninja clans we know today.
