1. During the fight against Naruto, Sasuke will awaken the rinnegan. However, that still will not be enough to beat Naruto. Sasuke gets pissed because he knows he will lose. They charge at each other with chidori and rasengan, but Sakura gets in the way.
2. She was about to die when Sasuke began screaming and crying. Kakashi and Itachi arrives in time to see this. It shocks them all (even Sasuke himself), that Sasuke's crying for and trying to save Sakura. Sasuke screams that he can't lose someone else.
3. Kakashi and Naruto were shocked because a few weeks ago, Sasuke was ready to kill her.
4. Kakashi realizes that remeeting Itachi changed Sasuke for the better.
5. Ino, SHizune, and Tsunade arrive and begin healing Sakura.
6. Sakura barely lives.
7. Sasuke doesn't return to Konoha, however he still becomes Rookie eleven's friends again.
8. He takes Sakura, Suigetsu, Karin, and Jugo to Otogakure and resumes being the Otokage.
9. Itachi goes to Amegakure and becomes the kage there.
10. Naruto becomes the Hokage.
11. Neji ends with Tenten, Sasuke ends with Sakura, Suigetsu ends with Karin, Gaara with Matsuri, Kankuro with Sari, Shikamaru with Temari, Sai with Ino, and Naruto with Hinata.
12. There's a timeskip. It shows Naruto's face on the hokage mountain.
13. Amegakure and Otogakure join the five Nations and becomes the 7 grand Shinobi Nations.
14. Sasuke gets snake/dragon sage mode.
15. It shows the seven kages at the chunin exams once more. Itachi sits beside Sasuke, Sasuke sits beside Naruto, Naruto sits beside B (the new Raikage), B sits beside Mei, Mei sits beside the new Tsuchikage (no clue who), and he/she sits beside gaara.
16. The last seen shows Sasuke's son vs Naruto's son at the chunin exams. Sasuke and Naruto watch with a smile.
