No. He wouldn't most likely get PS. And Susano'o only defendes you and he already has Kamui. He won't attack with it like Sasuke because of the plot, so that Sasuke looks unique with his Susano'o. He has Rinnegan and he had to have it to control the Gedo Mazou. And with Rinnegan he can seal Edo's, unlike with Kamui. Yes he can use Kamui to teleport other people, but what if the next day he gets in a fight again? He can get killed if he uses Kamui. He can't take the risk. Not worth it.
