It's a really wtf moment to see Kakashi a non-Uchiha who had a hard time with one sharingan using a fully stable ps but there is alot of reasons why it makes sense it's gonna be a bit long tho:
We all assumed that to be able to use ps you need ems but let's think a little about this point..did Indra have ems?
it's highly unlikely cuz ashura still had eyes but maybe his ms was ems from the beginning?
I am not 100% but maybe the sharingan became weaker over the ages or the curse of hatred is the reason for the ms causing blindness thus forcing the uchiha to sacrifice their siblings to get the sharinga's full power...I dunno
anyway the susanoo was never stated to mature over usage but does that mean it matures with the usage of the ms itself? and since obito and kakashi had it for around a decade this means the susanoo is bound to not be perfect cuz sasuke had ms for weeks and now he is using ps so this maybe it.
or the link between obito and kakashi became like the link between siblings and gave ems like power.
and about kakashi not haveing strain maybe cuz kakashi doesn't have the sharingan physically but spiritually thus not doing any physical strain on him.
either that or plot,asspull,or kishi is smoking weed lately
