First up, Kaguya is OP! I think Kaguya is a reality warper. Take a look at the environment and how it changed in an instant.
Not only is lava on the ground, but the surrounding area itself is changed! There's now a cave with spikes! In fact, the lava reaches into the deep back-ground if you look closely.
I think Kaguya's using creation of all things. The true nature in chakra may to be change reality itself, but shinobi tend to be born with the ability to do it in only one way (chakra natures).
Next is this thing which I found interesting.
Upon seeing the marks, she questions whether they're Hagoromo and Hamura's (whom I'm assuming is Hagoromo's brother), or Inra and Ashura's. This suggests that transmigration actually didn't start with Hagoromo's sons, but rather with Kaguya's.
That, and by going through the order, Hagoromo=Indra, and Hamura=Ashura. I'm positive we'll see more of Hamura, but I'm assuming his power was senjutsu, and Hagoromo obtained both powers.
