Look at this masterpiece I made (Totally not sarcastic). I tried, I really did but this is the end result.

Maybe, just maybe, someone will want to use this so I decided to post this terrible piece of work. Destructive (And maybe constructive) criticism is encouraged!

you enhanced the color of the eye and changed the bubble color to black and changed his hand to red? ok.

The image itself serves better as a Signature than an Avatar.

If you want an Avatar... you'd want to primarily focus on Madara... at most including only Madara's head, and maybe a small portion of Zetsu's hand. Then size it to 150X200.

However, if you use the last image you posted and change it to regulated sizes for Signatures (I believe it is still 300X600).... its not bad for a very first attempt. Looks like you dabbled in a few of the features. Pretty common starting plan.
