[Theory] My take on what the Uchiha tablet really is.

My belief is that the Uchiha tablet is pretty much an archive of the lineage of the Uchiha. Started by the So6P, continued by the Elder Son and the Uchiha.

My thought is that the So6P wrote an important message to his elder son that was only legible through the Rinnengan

The Sage's elder son then recorded his father's history and his teachings. Explaining the key to his father's godly power of In'youton which the elder was well versed in (has the Sage's eyes), but could only perform with his brothers assistance.[The information written by the elder son could not reach the encryption written, by the So6P and therefore only high level yin ocular powers are needed to decipher it.]

Next, were the Uchiha who possibly added the most information. The Uchiha recorded the records and different powers of their clan and their eyes on the Uchiha tablet. The more progress they made the more that was written. This explains why Madara was on the tablet. Madara was the first and only member of the Uchiha to achieve EMS aside from Sasuke. So the requirements and failures of imitating his feat was also inscribed on the tablet.

Depending on the power or risk of the techniques/ information the knowledge was encoded
Varying from MS encryption, to Shraringan encryption, to no encryption at all.

So from what I can tell the Uchiha tablet is the tablet given to the Elder son which has been used to keep note of the Uchiha history and techniques through the generations.:vincent:

Second, it wouldn't make sense for any Uchiha to replace it due to the requirements to unencrypt it. Third consider that every Rinnegan user has stopped reading upon attaining EMS. It's a warning.
