I would remove the C4D from the Sasuke render, like your anime girl sig where there is no C4D on her. Try doing that with the sasuke one.

It's too random,you see brushes all over the place,the sig itself doesn`t make sense,you first need to sort your mind on what you are going to do,then imagine how you are going to do it,don`t just scatter brushes all over the place to fill up blank areas.
