Kishi nerfed Naruto.That's basically it.

Naruto didn't use any of other FRS variants because it would kill the villain instantly.6 TSBRS and 9 Bijuu RS cant be tanked by any villain.

Naruto was flying in the last. Lol flight comes with rsm . The form naruto had vs kaguya had a little bit more bijuu chakra which obviously should change a chakra cloak. In narutos new rsm he replaced the other bijuu chakra with the other kurama which changed his Chakra cloak to mostly resemble kuramas chakra. and where did u see narutos speed Decrease?

Of course he could, but Kishi always makes Naruto lackluster; I still can not understand why Naruto won't use wind release rasengan over basic rasengan. RSM had too much hype with DB or even with just manga portrayal with the bijuu abilities, not to mention the truth seeking orbs. Kishi could've at least had Naruto replicate some of his RSM jutsu but most we got was FRS, shadow clones, base rasengan, avatar, and chakra punch(es).

In space u float not fly. Also bsm is not strong enough for toneri .and yes naruto can still speed blitz kaguya he hasn't lost speed look at him vs momoshiki
