My problem with the Solo King

First of all, I applaud you for noticing Itachi as the great Solo Dolo God King.

Second of all, Oro had detached a snake when he was sealed from One-Shot Totsuka in order to be revived at a later time.

That snake was killed by Amaterasu. Orochimaru escaped Totsuka when he got revived. Totsuka doesn't seal the soul, it seals the body so a move like Oral Rebirth or Bee's tentacle trick should counter Totsuka.

So my problem with the Solo King is that he wasn't as smart or strong as he thought he was. He overestimated his power like every other major Uchiha has done (and lost) and didn't realize he couldn't solo everyone in the world (again like all the major Uchiha realized, when they lost).
