Now before anyone reads this thread, I did make one just like this in the manga section of the forums. But it got bashed heavily by Kaguya bandwagonners before it even got the chance to really be discussed.
MAIN TOPIC:
Kaguya, as you all know doesn't have much of character development at all. On top of that, with the exception of Madara of course, Kishimoto has an endless history of the main villains being TNJ by Naruto.
Which is why I believe that the following events will most likely happen and should happen in the later chapters:
After a major climatic battle, Naruto and Kaguya will have a conversation with each other that will be a mixture of the ones Naruto had with Obito in chapters 652-654 and the Sage in chapters 670-671.
During their conversation, Kaguya will tell Naruto her full backstory which will include that of her sons from her point of view through a series of flashbacks. Much like how Hashirama did with Sasuke in chapter 621-626.
I certainly hope this happens because it would be extremely epic to say the least!! On top of that, it would provide an epic closure to Kaguya's character and a partial closure to the series. =D
And I also would love to see Kaguya redeem herself by admitting that her way of achieving peace was wrong and proclaiming Naruto as the true savior of the world.
In the final chapters of the Naruto manga: The fight that everyone has been waiting for since the end of part 1 of the series will begin, Naruto vs. Sasuke. Just as Kishimoto said would happen. Then there will possibly be a time skip showing Naruto as the Hokage in a new era of peace.
EDIT: When it comes to my prediction about Kaguya and Naruto, it's rather obvious that it will most likely happen one way or another given that Kishimoto has an endless history of Naruto confronting/talking to his enemies and turning them to the side of good in the end. So there you have that.
