2. Madara (EMS, Perfect susanoo, only rival to hashi)
3. Obito (kamui, can't be touched, rinnegan)
4. Nagato (rinnegan, pain bodies, soloed KCM naruto, bee and yes Itachi)
5. Naruto (BM mode, SM, huge chakra reserves, fought 5 bijuu)
6. Minato (toads, rasengan, FTG, redirected the most power attack in the manga (juubi dama) )
7. sasuke (EMS, Enton master, tried but failed at soloing the juubi)
8. orochimaru (senju body, has his jutsu back, oral rebirth, edo tensei)
9. itachi (MS, genjutsu master, yata mirror)
10. tobirama (number one badass, FTG slash, soloed MS izuna who was=to MS madara)

Gai isn't scratching susanoo.

We've seen susanoo get damaged several times already, what makes you think even in 8th gate gai wouldnt be able to do any damage? From hype and what we saw from 7th gate (defeated Kisame) his speed in 8th gate would probably be around A level and strength high as well.
