My PC running slow in games

Hi everyone.
It's a while that my PC becomes slow whenever I enter games and I don't know what's the problem.
It's true about almost all of games with a medium and high level of graphic such as Naruto Ulitimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst.
My VGA card is NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT and my CPU is Intel Dual-Core 3.00 GHz and 2GB of RAM in WINDOWS 8.
I already tried reducing games resolution, it becomes good for a while but after some minutes of playing it becomes slow again.
Have any idea how to fix it?

Need more Ram

Defrag your HDD.
Use Ccleaner to fix registry errors.
Scan for Malware with Malware bytes.
Scan for all other things with whatever antivirus you have.
You probably want another GPU. A 9500GT is very very ancient. It came out 6 years ago. Also get some more ram.
Download gamebooster and that will stop unnecessary programs running that could be using your ram resources.

The Naruto game port is terribly coded!

Also Sometimes some harmful programs can get into your pc and use up 30% of your pc Power,scan it with a virus detecting program. If that does not work, try clearing your pc (look on google on how to clean pc files and Programs)
If that does not work, maybe one of the parts is not running well.

As a last resort backup all YOU FAVORITE programs/games (only favorites)
Than completely erase everything (Look up how to fully erase hard rive and re install windows)
Re install it, don't put the files on you backed up on it yet! See how it runs for a few days, if it runs good than put the backed up files back on.IF it than starts being slow you know what your problem is!

windows 8 is an eye candy ; consumes lot of graphics.
try installing win 7. while playing game disable operating system themes.

lol,don't uninstall 8 and go with 7,otherwise your prob. will get worse.

anyway,it's may be cause-

1. Your smps is about to kick the bucket,get it checked and change if necessary min. 500 Watts of good company like zebronics.

2. Change your graphics card to 680gtx or above. Or may go with 560 gtx or 650ti if low on budget.

MOAR RAM... unisntall any anti virus software...they do nothing for you but hog ur speed... switch from visual to performance settings. and set the game as high priority in task manager... try these see if it helps. also while in task manager see if any other processes are hogging cpu...
