I dont support any of these pairings, they are just my opinions based off how the manga is going.
LeeSaku - Why would Kishi give Lee a crush on her if it will remain unrequited? Naruto I can understand since he's the main character so Kishi has to keep switching from her to Hinata to troll the pairing fanboys as well as troll the Sasusaku fanboys by giving her a crush on Sasuke. But at the end of the day Sakura is just a normal girl if Naruto or Sasuke have a kid with her they wont have any godlike powers. I guess Sakura can give them her yin seal but then it would ruin the whole Sage of Six Paths thing with the eyes and body.
SasuKarin - Even though I hate this pairing because Karin seems like a fangirl, she only wants Sasuke's D and I dont think Sasuke is in to girls but it has to happen so that the new generation can mirror the Sage's sons.
NaruHina - Kishi said in an interview that he is going to develop the Hyuuga clan some time soon and I have a feeling that the Hyuuga clan and Uchiha clan are closer related than we think. Now that we know the Rinnegan is related to the Sharingan by being the next stage of it, it would be kind of werid if the Byakugan is just some random doujutsu.
ShikaTema - This pairing has been foreshadowed many of times so I think self-explainatory.
InoCho - Her and Choji appear to be close friends. Judging by how Kishi gave Shikamaru this relationship with Temari it's pretty obvious that he's trying to get Shikamaru out of the picture so this pairing can come true.
last but not least
SaiTen - Since Sai is probadly going to be on Team Gai now that Neji's dead and Sasuke's back and how Kishi gave Lee a crush on Sakura we can assume that his intensions were to get everything out the way so that this pairing can come true.
Kiba, Shino, Kankuro and Gaara [if he's already not dead] will probadly die.
