I don't see how you can have Kabuto below Madara when he's part of his power. Madara can't break edo if Kabuto doesn't give him full control. How's your list based on mainly feats when you've got Hashirama above Naruto, Naruto would beat him.

and you are putting itachi, muu, nagato, third raikage on the list when they would come under edo tensei along with kabuto?????

The Raikage is taijustu he isnt breaking Sasuke Susanoo coated with Amaterasu. Raikage hasnt no chance at beating Sasuke kid

imo 3rd raikage is beast but he would fall victim to itachis genjutsu most likely.

Muu would also most likely beat 3rd raikage.

i also put minato under 3rd raikage due to the fact that he hasnt shown anything jn his arsonal that would damage the 3rd raikage.

but i gave minato the benifit of the doubt and included him still.

i was considering putting ems sasuke in minatos place but minatos analyzing and battle tactics would most likely make him triumph in victory against sasuke.

ems sasuke technically beats minato based off feats but like i said i gave minato the benifit of the doubt.

there all very powerful but i would like to point out that in the data book the 3rd raikage had only encountered one person that he could not beat and that was hiruzen.the 2nd mizukage is one giant lightning rod waiting to be fried

Tobi doesn't have Juubi, yet.
In my opinion, no Edos should be on any list since that's not the real them.
Kabuto needs sacrifices, which I believe he does not have, for his Edo Tensei to work, he's still alright without it though.
Nagato and Hashirama's placement can be debatable, but I'm not one to do it.
Bijuu Naruto is pretty strong, he needs to learn how to utilize it to its fullest potential first.
First time seeing Mū on anyone's list, he's my favorite character. Although I don't mind if he weren't to be on the list, he's still a bad ass.
Itachi would need to be healthy at least with some so-so vision.
3rd Raikage is all brute strength and a stamina freak, I'd like to see him against a Lightning Style user though. Then I'll see whether or not he can be put on the list.
Minato is all speed, we need to see more of his capabilities (Or at least I do) to see if he's qualified.

Dear hater i am not a fan of sasuke but you obviously had not read the interview
that sasuke and naruto are equal and always will be right up to the end
when they fight.He is indeed in the top 10 and is eventually gonna share the top spot with naruto get over it.How does it feel to idolize fictional characters who aren't even stronger then sasuke?

People always seem to hate Sasuke. Just like you stop underrating theirs not many people that could beat him. He on top 10
