Itachi can't fight on par with any top 10 level shinobi due to his stamina. He's limited to 3 MS techniques at a time before he suffers from huge exhaustion.

Healthy Itachi Vs (Base) Minato is a good matchup and can go either way imo.

Teleporting a tbb doesnt help u against Itachi....Itachi has clones too, that can explode, genjutsu with one finger, and how could he attach his chakra to sussano lol.....he needed naruto's help for that #cannon
