I agree with your list as long as its not in order.. and Id still put Gai up there because he can still open the 7th gate and survive so even if he doesn't use the 8th gate he can still fight majority of these characters. Also Spiral Zetsu... ehh nothing too special about him.. I think the only reason why he can use that buddha statue is because of (Yamato) inside of him. Maybe if its Yamato, if its not and its just some random corpse inside of him then ill give him the benefit of the doubt.
