My opinion about " Who is Tobi " based on fact, not just some vague prediction

I have two prediction about who is tobi

First,
Tobi is someone from Hidden Water Village, Based on fact when tobi show his face to kisame ( Naruto Vol 404 )
and kisame recognize him immediately, and call him Mizukage ( Mizu : Water, Kage : Shadow, but in this case, its
refer to a leader of a village, like Ho Kage, ),
about his sharingan, its probabbly like danzo's case

Second,
Well this one, I cant provide some reliable fact to back this up,
but my guts tell me, ( its up to u want to believe it or not ), Tobi is Sasuke's father, Fukaku Uchiha,
the fact that he is the master mind of Uchiha coup d'etat againts konoha, and, whatever,
well i dont really sure about this too,

oh yeah, about some opinion thats state tobi is second hokage, its imposibble, second hokage's dead,
based on fact when orochimaru vs third hokage, he revived him with edo tensei,

He aint fukagu . fukagu was not that old and doesent have to mch history

1) Kisame called him Mizukage because it was Tobi who controlled Yagura, the Fourth Mizukage

He is not from hidden Water Village. Because there is no village named by that name. You probably meant Hidden mist Village, Sorry dude failed prediction. The fact that kisame immediately recognised tobi and addressed him as mizukage is because mizukage was controlled by tobi. And kisame used to work for him.....
