I don't think there is much chances for that to happen.

BB is completely opposito of Luffy and by that his crew as well. BBP has 10 captains and BB, which mean 11 members in full. SHP currently has 9 members and Oda said that SHP will get two more members (at least), which would also mean 11 members.
That would make 11 vs 11 fight between BBP and SHP, which mean that SHP would be reserved for BBP.

Revolutionary is opposite of Marines, so by EoS, Marines vs Revolutionary should happen.
