Zetsu I can understand because he is Kaguya's will/chakra and use just about any bodies technique.

I know that Obito has the six paths techniques and the Inyouton techniques but we don'the exactly know his six paths jutsu or his Inyouton jutsu except the black rods manifestation jutsu and he never used them so we can assume that yes, he's capable of using these jutsu but not gpod enough to use or spam them in battle which is why he only relied on Kamui, taijutsu, shuriken jutsu and fire jutsu
